Spanish Music & Movement

The class we use with our smallest learners, the wiggly ones who need a very active class. It is only for the very youngest students, so it sits just before the four levels of our learning pathway, and it is taught in private online classes.

What your child learns

In this class we practice Spanish in a fun and interactive way using instruments and easy to find materials around your home to bring Spanish to life full of movement and song! Every activity gives your child something to sing, shake, stretch or show.

Sing, dance and play instruments from the very first minute

Use things you already own (a scarf, play dough, tapping sticks, a kitchen spoon) to connect an action to its meaning

Practice one theme song all month, so the vocabulary really sticks

Hunt around the house for objects that match the day's words and show them to the class

Move between activities built for different learning styles, so nobody is asked to sit still for long

Play a review game together before we sing goodbye

Questions parents ask about this class

What if my child is shy or doesn't speak right away?

That's completely normal. We honor the quiet phase of language learning and gently encourage participation at each child's pace. Confidence grows naturally with consistency.

What do I need for class?

Just a device with Zoom, a quiet learning space, and a willingness to have fun! We also send printable worksheets weekly so your child can practice their Spanish skills between online classes.

Can siblings learn together?

Yes! Siblings join free when they can learn together in the same session. As a general guideline, siblings should be within about 2–3 years of each other and at reasonably similar Spanish levels. Only one learner needs to be booked. Read the siblings policy.
